solidweb (“Company”) operates this service (“Service”). We respect your privacy and comply with applicable laws. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it, by feature.
1. Royal Face (face-reading test)
Information we collect and use
Face images you provide by uploading a saved photo or using “Take photo with camera.” What we send to our servers for analysis is a single still image, processed the same way as a file upload.
Live camera preview runs only on your device. We do not record, store, or stream continuous video to our servers. Only after you confirm capture is that moment’s image sent to generate your result.
If you prefer not to use the camera, you can use photo file upload only.
Purpose and retention
We use images only to show your result and do not keep them after that. We use them solely to deliver your entertainment-style reading. We do not use them for model training or share them with third parties beyond what we disclose.
2. Dream interpretation
Information we collect and use
Dream text you enter. If you use voice input, audio may be processed by your browser vendor’s speech service (e.g. Google, Apple). We do not collect or store your voice; we only use the transcribed text. Voice processing is governed by that provider’s privacy policy.
Purpose and retention
We use this only to provide the interpretation, and we do not store it beyond what we describe.
3. Email results
Information we collect and use
Email address, which result type you asked for, and consent. This may be logged in our systems.
Purpose
We use this only to send the result you requested via our email provider.
Retention and deletion
We may keep it for a limited time for delivery confirmation, duplicate prevention, and improvement. Retention and deletion are described here or via contact. We will delete within a reasonable scope when you ask.
5. Launch notifications (email)
Information we collect and use
Email address you submit via “Get launch updates” on the hub (or similar), optional locale at signup, and time of signup.
Purpose
We use this only to notify you when services that are not yet available (e.g. fortune, tarot) go live. We do not use it for general marketing blasts; notices are limited to those launches.
Retention and deletion
We delete it when the purpose is fulfilled or when you request deletion. Retention may vary as needed for operations; contact us below to request removal.
